Pingin Productions

Pingin Productions was established in 2004 by Kevin Marron to produce original film and digital works. The company's first production was the award winning No White Knight which premiered in 2005 at the Navan Film Festival.

The film then went on to win the award for 3rd Action/Comedy at The Indie Gathering 2006 in Cleveland Ohio, and continued to screen at festivals in Ireland, the UK and elsewhere.

After this initial production, Pingin went underground and Kevin went back to the drawing board. Scripting numerous features, shorts and series, Kevin spent time studying flimmaking and film styles, building on all he learned the hard way through No White Knight's production.

Kevin came back into the production fold working for other companies in 2007, producing the short film "One Careful Owner" for the 15 Second Film Festival for director Graham Cantwell, and co-producing "An Racán" with actress and stage combat fight partner Rachel Rath.

Pingin is now back in full swing again, with development coming to a close and pre-production kicking off on an 8 part webisodic series for release in Autumn 2008. An exciting and out-there production, the title is being kept under wraps until nearer the air dates so as not to ruin the surprise!

This series will then be followed by a number of music videos, shorts and web projects utilising Pingin's new production equipment and studio space.
